In 2011 the College is planning the following trips...
Question Time, BBC Studios - January 13th Portsmouth University Year 12 Lectures - January 26th Politics students to Portsmouth University for lectures - January British Film Institute - February 9th LA / Hollywood Trip - February 26th to March 4th Humanities Visit to Italy, Rome & Sorrento - March Visiting the main historical sites in Rome, including the Vatican and the Catacombs. In Sorrento we will be visiting Mount Vesuvius, Sulfatara and Herculanium. AS Geography trip to Boscastle & Eden Project in Cornwall - April Aim is to investigate river processes, flood risk management and the re-vitalisation of Cornwall through attractions such as the Eden Project. Religious Studies visit to places of Worship in London - April London Central Mosque and Hindu Temple in Neasden.
Please note that nearly all trips have a financial cost to students/parents. The amount will be stated in an initial information and consent letter sent to parents.
