Student Absence Reporting
If you are ill and cannot attend you must contact the College before the start of your first lesson on each day you are unwell. You can do this by one of the following methods:
- Send a text message to 07624 808 686. Start your text with the word 'Absent' followed by your network username and then give your name, tutor group and reason for absence
- Telephone 023 9234 4377 to leave an absence message, giving your name, tutor group and reason for absence
- Send an email to attendance@portsmouth-college.ac.uk with the subject of the email being 'Absent' followed by your network username and then give your name, tutor group and reason for absence
If you are unable to text, call or email the College your parent/carer may do so on your behalf.
