The College is committed to a significant development of its offer in the area of work-related learning and general employability skills. The post holder will play a key role in developing work-insight, volunteering and enterprise opportunities for students. Also, in keeping with our philosophy of supporting students' progression for the whole journey from school to employment or university, the post holder will also be involved in school-college transition activities, in particular through the initial interview process.

ABLE & TALENTED CO-ORDINATOR & SUPPORT ASSISTANT TO HEAD OF IAG, CAREERS & HE 37 hpw, term-time plus 2 additional weeks Salary: Support staff pay spine: 15 (actual salary £13,663 pa)
This post involves the provision of comprehensive support for the College's careers guidance programmes. The post holder will work closely with the Head of Careers, IAG and HE and will also take responsibility for administration, communication and logistical activities required to deliver the College's Able and Talented programmes.
