Caretaker

This is a full-time permanent 37 hpw appointment to start in July 2013 or as soon as possible thereafter. Hours of work are to be worked flexibly within a shift system. Salary: £16,779 per annum

The Estates Department is responsible for developing and providing a safe and pleasant working environment for both current and future students and staff. This includes responsibility for the maintenance, security and cleaning of the buildings, as well as the provision and maintenance of furniture, fixtures and fittings, most equipment (other than IT, audio visual and reprographics)
